I believe that governments should not allow people (owners) for their large dogs walking on the street without that round thing that connects your jaw / mouth.
I mean the big dogs can be really dangerous and unpredictable (regardless of training!) Many people I know have been victims of dog attacks for no reason! I myself had an experience similar.

No, I think for a minute. See the picture of my dog? He weighs 100 pounds. It is also a therapy dog. We visit nursing homes, hospitals, schools, walking in parades, etc. .. 8 and has never shown anyone aggression.

Any dog can bite. The big dogs are less likely than small dogs. Large dogs tend to offer more visible, while smaller dogs are more tense and sensitive to stimuli.
